General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop at softwareangebote24.de . Our offer is directed at both consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and businesses.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent activity.

By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for the purchase of the digital licenses offered. The contract is concluded when you click the "Buy now" button in the last step of the ordering process. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting your order.
3. Contract language and storage of the contract text
The contract is concluded in the language you selected during the ordering process. This is usually German , but alternatively English , depending on the customer's region and language preferences.
We save the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer available online after the order has been completed.
4. Delivery
All products in our shop are digital content (e.g. software licenses) that are delivered exclusively by email to the address you provide.
There is no physical shipment, so there are no shipping costs. Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes of receipt of payment, but no later than within 24 hours (on working days).
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

- Klarna (if available)
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Instant bank transfer (Klarna)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (available depending on device)
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received.
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content
According to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for digital content expires if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you will lose your right of withdrawal.
You will receive a corresponding notice during the ordering process and must agree to this before you can complete the purchase.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty applies. Our digital products (e.g., license keys) are guaranteed to be fully functional. Should any activation issues arise, we will provide replacements or technical support.

9. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are generally willing to participate.
10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The law of the United Kingdom applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This does not apply if mandatory consumer protection provisions of the EU member state in which you reside are more favorable to you.
